SHIPMENT AND RETURN POLICY

At Project END, we take pride in delivering products that meet the highest quality standards. Since our bars are food products, returns are limited for safety and hygiene reasons. Please read our policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds
We accept returns or refunds only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery.
- You received the wrong product in your order.
To be eligible, you must:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide proof (photo/video) of the issue along with your order details.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, consumed, or tampered with.
- Orders reported after the 48-hour window.
- Products purchased from third-party sellers (please contact them directly).
3. Refund Process
- Once your claim is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- In certain cases, we may offer store credit or replacement instead of a monetary refund.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace products if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need an exchange, please email us at support@projectend.in with your order details.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
